In vitro study	HM61713 has potent inhibitory effects in the cell lines H1975(L858R and T790M EGFR) and HCC827(exon 19 delete EGFR). However, the inhibitory effect on the NSCLC cell line H358 carrying wild-type EGFR was relatively weak (IC50=2225 nM).
In vivo study	The Half-Life of EGFR inhibition by HM61713 exceeds 24 hours. In an intratumoral model transplanted with H1975 and HCC827 cells, HM61713 had antitumor effects without other significant side effects.
